We will never ask for your code

BuscaPro sends codes by SMS or call only when you request them on the site yourself, for example to manage your company. Nobody from BuscaPro will call you, or write to you on WhatsApp or by email, to ask you to tell them that code.

If someone asks for it

It is a fraud attempt: they want to take over your company profile. Do not give them the code, hang up and, if you wish, let us know through the contact form.

How we protect your profile

If someone changes your company phone, we notify the previous number. During the first 30 days after claiming a profile, phone changes are reviewed by a moderator. Closing or deleting a profile always goes through a moderator.
