2. Purpose and acceptance

BuscaPro is an online directory of service companies and professionals: renovation, installation, repairs and home services. On the site you can search by service and town, see contact details free of charge and without registering, request quotes and post reviews. Companies can manage their profile for free and subscribe to paid plans.

By using the site you accept this legal notice, the Terms of use, the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy, as published at the time.

3. What BuscaPro does and does not do

BuscaPro does not provide the services listed in the directory and is not a party to agreements between customers and companies. Price, deadlines, guarantees and payment are agreed directly between them. BuscaPro charges no commission on jobs.

For content published by users and companies (reviews, photos, descriptions), BuscaPro acts as a hosting service provider within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) and Article 16 of the LSSI.

4. Profile information

Profile data comes from company databases acquired from third parties, from OpenStreetMap, from user suggestions reviewed by a moderator and from what the companies themselves publish. Each profile shows whether its owner manages it.

We review the information but cannot guarantee that it is accurate and up to date at all times. If you see wrong data, use «Report an error» on the profile. If you are the owner, you can claim the profile to correct it or ask us to remove it through «Remove my data».

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The design, brand, logos, our own texts, the software and the structure and selection of the directory database belong to the site owner or its licensors. The database is also protected by the sui generis right of Directive 96/9/EC.

You may not reproduce, extract or reuse substantial parts of the directory, manually or by automated means (bots, scraping), without written permission. Linking to any page of the site is allowed.

OpenStreetMap data is published under the Open Database License (ODbL): © OpenStreetMap contributors. Maps use tiles from OpenFreeMap and OpenMapTiles.

Reviews, photos and descriptions belong to those who publish them, who grant us the licence described in the Terms of use.

6. Links

Profiles link to company and third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, but we will remove a link as soon as we learn that it leads to illegal content.

7. Liability

We try to keep the site running without interruptions or errors, but cannot guarantee it: there may be pauses for maintenance or technical failures. We are not liable for damage arising from information published by third parties, from misuse of the site or from agreements between customers and companies, except where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

8. Illegal content and point of contact

If you believe content on the site is illegal or infringes your rights, tell us through «Report an error» on the profile or the contact form. Include the page address, why you believe the content is illegal, your name and email (unless it concerns child sexual abuse) and a statement that you are reporting in good faith.

We confirm receipt, review the notice diligently and tell you our decision. If we remove or restrict content, we explain the reasons to whoever published it, who can ask us to review the decision by replying to that notice.

10. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may go to the courts of your place of residence.
